It's been a long time since I wrote a review about St.Regis Bangkok.
I have been staying in the St. Regis for so many times and since the opening in 2011,consider the St.Regis Bangkok is my second home in my short or long stay in Bangkok.
Most important thing about the hotel is the great hotel staff I would like to thank
Hotel management and specially :
Mr. Tim,Mr. Nathan and Ms.Nancy and there staff from Reception.
Mr. Atiphol and his staff from Concierge.
The Butler team.
And regarding the suite beautifully designed with marvelous view and great welcome amenities.
The St.Regis Bar has great view over looking the Royal Sport Club....nice cocktail and snacks with friendly staff with a nice smile.
Zuma is the best Japanese Restaurant in town.
Hotel have a nice location and linked to the BTS station.
In General St. Regis Bangkok is a great hotel

Again the hotel met most of my expectations in terms of comfort and SPG recognition. Would have given the hotel 5 stars this time except for the incident below:
checked in at 3 and requested for a white shirt to be pressed and returned by 6pm as I had a formal function that nite. I was told it was not possible and earliest they could finish the pressing of my one shirt would be 8pm. In the end I had to request for an iron and do my own ironing..... despite the butler service in this hotel.
However, I found out later that my friend (also staying at St Regis) who checked in an hour later than me managed to get his shirt and tux pressed and returned to him at 6pm. Guess there's no consistency and different guests are treated differently.

Excellent eye for details, which made sure our reception ran very smoothly. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and how relaxing the whole occasion was. Staff went beyond what we expected, from the Manager to the Butlers, a perfect location for our perfect event!

My friend lost her phone in a cab on the way to this hotel. The staffs at check-in&lobby really put their effort to find it for her. We couldn't thank them enough. Among them, a staff named Pom was the kindest.

My experience at St. Regis Bangkok was great therefore i decided to stay at the hotel again. My stay this time was good on the whole however i would like to highlight one incident which i found unaccepting for St Regis. I was swimming at the pool and after i finished my swim, i realised that i forgot to bring my room key card along. I requested for the pool attendant to assist me e.g. dial the reception number and perhaps verify my identity over the phone and pass me another card. I was shocked that the attendant asked me to proceed to the reception with my wet swim wear and get my passport to the reception for verification. This is not acceptable and i'm still feeling upset about the situation as it left a very unpleasent memory.

Ford and Tonya at the frond desk and Amy the concierge were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay!
