Rated 5 out of 5 by Back Again What a great hotel i did not think the service could get much better but it did simply my favorite hotel. What can i say used the spa fantastic not cheap but nothing in life that is very very good is. The breakfast buffet is amazing along with the Italian restaurant is out of this world. As you can see simply love this hotel. Oh yes right on BTS line easy to get to all the great spots. Also forgot used the fitness room and I really need to use the fitness room was fantastic no i don't own shares in this hotel but as you can see just love it. July 19, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but a bit disappointed There was a strong smell of coloring all over the floor where my room was. A door in my room cannot be closed in one try (have to hand-push again). There is a sound in shower as well and a corner of. tissue box in the bathroom was broken. However, staffs were helpful and nice especially floor-butler and concierge. Butler on telephone was good but once a lady picked up and sound not very friendly, but still helpful. Front and FB staff were good too. Breakfast at Viu is good, french toast was too hard to cut and chew. Other than that was good. Staff was helpful. November 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by not feeling it This stay was very good but not up to the standered of the Bangkok St Regis. Not much SPG recognition and while leaving going to front desk to settle bill no one asked me to help with bags till I got right to front door this is not like St Regis. I think I have been Spoiled at the other properties from SPG in Bangkok and expect at least the same if not better from this hotel. But having said that this hotel is great valve for what you get location food and beverage right on the BTS line and so on. August 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The most memorable stay in Bangkok This was our first stay at St.Regis Bangkok, the hotel and staff impressed us. St. Regis itself is a beauty and it is located in the most convenient area in Bangkok. You can go everywhere easy by sky train or taxi, it is just one stop to Bangkok‘s most famous shopping mall (Paragon). We got an upgrade to a metropolitan suite, which was a super big room with one bedroom and one living room, it has 2 toilets and a very nice shower and bathtub. The bed was comfortable, we had a deep sleep at night. Housekeeper cleaned really good and very detailed. The gym is open 24 hours. The Butler Service is really special in this St. Regis, which was our most amazing butler experience so far, they offered a lot of different varieties of tea and coffee, 24/7. Also pressing and laundry service up to 5 pcs., packing and unpacking service for all of our luggage, and it‘s all complimentary! You can really save a lot of time during your stay, there is nearly nothing the butlers or the concierge can not arrange for you. We do really love the butler service, everyone is friendly and polite, they asked for our preferences after check in when they introduced themselves, which made the stay more enjoyable, if you don’t need to repeat your order every time - the butler always remembered, or if some one else was working they followed up on our profile in the hotel system. It is truly amazing, if you get your tea set served from a butler you never met before, but he already know your profile and provide the same detailed service, like the one you told about your preferences. We had really good memory with the butler Toto, Pipe, Ning, Beam, Tata, Bow and Au. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed it everyday, but one day the staff didn‘t care us much, it was quite busy and no one came to ask us for any tea or coffee, so we had to call them by ourself. For dinner we went to Jojo, an italian restaurant in the ground floor. For us it is the best restaurant in the hotel, they remembered our preferences, we had a lot of funny conversations over there, and the food is super delicious. The concierge service was beyond our expectations, they had answers on all our questions, they helped us with bookings and the most remarkable case: we expected a delivery from Europe with DHL, but it was delayed, so they offered us to send it to our next destination Hong Kong, after it will arrive in the hotel. We just told them the hotel name and everything went so fast, after a few days we received the delivery in Hong Kong - thanks for this amazing service. Too sad we did‘t try out the St.Regis bar yet, we will check it out next time. The stay in St.Regis Bangkok was the most memorable one for us. We will come back soon every time, we return to Bangkok. Simply Bangkok‘s best. November 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall the best hotel we stayed in St.Regis. When I think of the St. Regis, It is always a feeling of luxury and comfortable. It located Slightly away from the congested city center,, Panoramic view of the golf course side and city side are really cool. When we arrived at the hotel, It was partly under construction. But I already received the guidance mail and the staff helped us from the entrance. It was really polite and stability with advanced services. Perhaps by now the hotel will be turned into a nice shape. While we staying in a hotel, We had a delicately and heartfelt service. The food and Platinum service were good, no need to say. I stayed at the St. Regis Bali last year, There is a really nice place. but I want to give this place a better score as a whole.. Finally, I would like to convey the sincere word of thanks to Jovana Josivljevic and Waranad Krissanakree. Thank you for considerations!! November 12, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by I Love St Regis Bangkok I recently completed my third stay at the St Regis Bangkok. I love the hotel, it's that simple. I would highly recommend that you book the St Regis during low season - when prices are reasonable - so that you can enjoy luxury. The restaurants are all amazing - but very expensive. Worth a treat for sure. I really loved Zuma. The spa is potentially the highest priced spa I've ever been to in Bangkok and I would recommend that you visit another local spa based on price and service. The pool is really amazing. High atop the city you can lounge and relax while being pampered. I loved the couches - they were a great place to relax and read. I will surely be back to the St Regis and I highly recommend it.
