We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff could not be more friendly and accommadating. They were extremely attentative and made sure we had everthing we needed at our disposal. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon.

Arrived early and room was not ready, but they offered drinks and facilities until it was ready.
Hotel is located minutes from the metro (A) and 10 minutes from Roma Termini, so good location to launch sight seeing.
Room was comfortable, weel appointed and very quiet. Excellent facilities and overall a classy hotel.
Will return and stay here again.

Your conceierge staff was professional and provided us with a true Rome experience. They were able to secure restaurant reservations at Dal Moro and Dal Bolognese which were true highlights of our trip and without their assistance that would not have been possible. I'd like to thank Pasquale and Francesco for that in addition to Christian Vicentin. Christian specifically provided a service that we would have never expected from anyone. My wife lost her wallet at a Gelateria and he called the place, they located it and turned it over to police. He helped us identify that it was the Municipale and directed us to the location to get it. Without his help we would have never recovered it and probably had trouble getting home as it was our last day in town. He deserves praise amongst other things; truly an asset to your team. Thank you all for the experience!

central location with easy access to all the sights and transportation options in the city. the hotel is lovely inside and the staff are very helpful and attentive.
we were very with the room, it was quiet and the window opened , which we prefer
Overall it would be our first choice for a hotel in Rome

The St. Regis Rome is an extraordinary Hotel. It excels in service, quality and ambiance. Each member of the staff shows the same excellence of training and treatment of guests. Our stay was a memorable experience.

This is a great hotel for a stay in Rome. The facilities are excellent, and the staff make it even more special. I have to mention Monica, the hostess, who went out of her way to make our time special. The rooms are lovely, excellent quality linen and towels. Also Aqua di Parma toiletries. It is a few blocks from the Spanish Steps, very central. And they do a very special breakfast!

My entire family stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. We booked four different rooms and the level of luxury was consistent for all of us. The stay was friendly and even went out of their way to help me locate my cell phone after I left it in a taxi!
