Rated 5 out of 5 by A Magnificent Experience The St Regis Rome has a reputation for excellence and this is clearly well-deserved. One would be hard-pressed to find a finer hotel both in terms of facilities and service. We received first-class treatment in a first-class establishment. This was our second visit, even better than the first. I rate this hotel as equal to any in the world and would not stay anywhere else while in Rome. July 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding hotel and service This was the first time we stayed at a St Regis hotel and we chose this one based on the location. But after spending 5 nights there and being truly spoiled by our butler Guilio, great concierge and restaurant staff, we will always be staying at St. Regis hotels and definitely this one in Rome. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation. For comparison purposes, I have stayed at the Four Seasons and I would rank St Regis Rome higher than the Four Seasons. July 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My first trip to Rome I am a Starwood Prfd Guest Platinum member and travel member and travel quite often for work so when i planned a 10 dat trip to Italy I anchored the trip with 4 nights at the St Regis. Wow was I impressed. The location and ambience were top notch and I literally could not have asked for better service from the staff, they were an A+ across the board. The location was excellent, we used the hotel a "home base" for multiple days of excursions. June 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost everything was perfect The location is fantastic, a short walk from some very picturesque locations in Rome. Getting to the hotel from the airport at times of heavy traffic by using the train and its stop at nearby Termini is very welcome. The decor of the hotel is above reproach. The only mark against the hotel was that the hot water just wasn't that hot. Both of us staying at the St. Regis on this trip enjoy a truly hot shower, and after even 10 minutes, the water at its very hottest setting was warm enough not to be uncomfortable, but definitely nothing like hot. We asked, someone came up and made adjustments, and it was somewhat warmer afterward, still not hot. Without that hitch, the hotel would have received top marks from me. November 16, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Anniversary I want to thank the exceptional staff of The St. Regis, for making our 30th anniversary one to remember. The moment I checked in with Cecelia, (outstanding from day 1), I knew I had made the right decision to stay at The St. Regis. A bottle of wine, bread & cheese in the salon, while we were upgraded to a suite just added to the splendor. A bottle of champagne arrived from the Manager to celebrate our special evening and it served as the perfect ending after our long travels from the States. Tickets to Florence on the train, or a driver to port of Civitavecchia or a suggestion for dinner was not a problem through our Concierge...Every need, want or request for our 5 days in Rome was handled with excellence in service and graciousness, provided effortlessly and may I say sadly missing from other hotels.
