Poor service left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be trying other hotels in NYC instead of staying here again.
1. Woken up at ~7:30AM on Monday morning by a wake up call not meant for me on a day I was trying to sleep in more, with little more than a "oops, wrong room!"
2. Spent an entire week with multiple followups (including 3 by Platinum reps) trying to get a copy of my folio after explicitly requesting delivery to my email upon check out. Didn't actually get a hold of it until more than 8 days later (usually, folio arrives on the day of). This is extremely important as someone who travels every week for business!
3. No recognition of being platinum upon checking in at all.

This was honestly the finest hotel I have ever experienced. Location: Petfect. Service: Top Notch. Our room: gorgeous. Food/Drink: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Christina at the reception was very helpful!
Our first butler Luba was very kind and very welcoming.
The other butlers were distant, cold ...and we only page them for coffee and tea.
Matt, the doorman was wonderful, friendly and so kind.

Stay started off great...was upgraded to suite.
Unfortunately, the hot water did not work in the shower!! No time to fix before my meeting.
What a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Wife and I had a very nice three Days at the St. Regis, NY. Our Room was very nice - Butler service was great - all Staff were supportive and helpful during our stay.
