Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check in to a room.
Connecting Room Policy
We accommodate connecting guest room requests whenever possible. Connections options are between double rooms or king and double rooms, subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds can be accommodated in rooms with one king bed for a fee. Cribs are also available upon request.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer early check-ins based on availability. Early arrivals from 8am to 12pm will be charged 50 USD and 25 USD from noon until the check-in time. Before 8am, the full room rate applies. To guarantee early arrivals, guests should reserve the night prior.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date will incur a charge of one day's room rate plus tax.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are based on availability. If available, a 25 USD charge for departures between 12pm and 2pm applies and a 50 USD charge applies for departures until 6pm. A full night charge applies after 6pm. Guest must confirm late departures with the front desk.
The hotel is compliant with ADA and offers ADA Accessible Rooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
Package shipping and handling is complimentary on the day of arrival for up to two boxes and up to a maximum of 30 pounds. Additional handling fees are as follows:
1 - 30 pounds: 5 USD per box per day
31 - 50 pounds: 10 USD per box per day
51 - 75 pounds: 15 USD per box per day
76 pounds and larger: 20 USD per box per day
100 USD per pallet per day
We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs for a flat non-refundable cleaning fee of 75 USD per stay. Guests are provided food and water bowls, a floor mat, and a “dog in room” sign. Cats are also welcome and 75 USD cleaning fee applies. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be responsible for any necessary cleaning and/or repairs. Pets are not allowed in food and drink areas and must be on leashes while in public areas. Pets may not be left unattended in a guest room. A fee of 200 USD may be charged for a noise disturbance involving an unattended pet.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department. Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guests' room. If the noise or disturbance continues after three warnings, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check cashing services are available to Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members who present valid identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus $100 per day to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Credit card authorization forms are not accepted unless previously approved for corporate accounts or group / catering payments. Prepaid reservation holders must present the card used to book the reservation at time of check-in.
