The management training program is only one way to begin your career with Starwood. Starwood also places graduates directly into open positions within our organization. Often, students with a particular focus in the business prefer to be directly placed into a particular position. Once employed by Starwood either as a management trainee or direct placement candidate, the same Starwood internal mobility processes apply.
