Pinzimini (pin-zuh-MEE-nee) is a diminutive version of the word pinzimonio, which describes the Italian dip for vegetables and bread. Our distinctive version comprises high-quality olive oil infused with sea salt and fresh herbs, served with crusty bread for dipping.
