A destination restaurant, BOURBON STEAK is the work of internationally acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina. The fifth location of Mina’s signature steakhouse, it features the chef’s unique, fresh cuisine prepared with seasonal West Coast ingredients, fresh seafood, and hormone-free beef—all tailored to the restaurant’s location.
Surrounded by smooth dark wood and rich leather, guests are taken on detailed and nourishing culinary journey beginning with characteristic appetizers, like steak tartar, three types of French fries, and heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella and arugula. Signature entrees include lobster pot pie and over eight steak and chop options. The bar and lounge, which opens nightly at 5pm, offers equally inventive lighter fare, like crispy Korean chicken wings and fresh oysters.
