Warm and casually inviting, the Benchmark Restaurant is an ideal place to relax and savor breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In addition to a daily "chef's inspiration" created with regionally farmed and seasonally harvested products, our SuperFoodsRx™ menus feature revitalizing dishes made from healthy ingredients rich in nutrients and high in antioxidants. These menus focus on combining delectable flavors with foods that help you feel energized and at your best all day. Consider appetizers including tomato soup with fragrant basil and low fat Greek yogurt, or seared yellow fin tuna tataki with edamame aioli and ginger soy dipping sauce, and entrees such as broiled green-tea-lacquered salmon in shiitake essence. Of course, you can always indulge in other tempting entrees such as bucatini pomodoro with shrimp, or a juicy flame-grilled bacon burger with sea-salted French fries or an arugula salad. Save room for desserts, too—including a brittle lemon bar brulee with marinated strawberries or warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

Adjoining the restaurant, the Benchmark Lounge provides a cozy environment to catch a game, the news, or to just warm by the fire while enjoying one of more than a dozen regional craft beer offerings. Our whiskey selection includes more than 50 varieties of bourbon, Scotch, Irish, American, and Japanese spirits, so at the end of a long day, there is something for every taste.
The Westin Kids Club® menu is always available in the Benchmark Restaurant. From pizzas to pasta bowls, mini-burgers to a Caeser salad, there's something for every taste.
