Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a double room shared with a paying adult. Rollaway beds are charged at 90 AUD. Cribs are provided complimentary and available upon request.

Mosaic, showered in sunlight from the General Post Office glass atrium and overlooking the magnificent GPO Courtyard, exceeds all expectations with its forward-thinking, healthful fare and exceptional service. Set against an open, inviting backdrop, the modern Australian cuisine, blended with hints of Mediterranean, is all informed by an emphasis on fresh local and regional produce.

Allow our team to usher you into epicurean heaven with our daily buffet breakfast highlighting local produce or our innovative à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

Lunch selections such as sirloin steak with broccolini and teppan-grilled barramundi are served with two sides and a dessert. Items on Mosaic’s dinner menu change seasonally. Starters have included ocean trout tataki with lemon oil, avocado, and honey soy and duck ravioli with baby herbs. Our main courses range from snapper fillet with crab meat and asparagus and penne rigate with baby spinach and ratatouille vegetables, to pork trilogy featuring twice-cooked belly, braised cheek, and tenderloin. Our dessert menu could include warm chocolate pudding with white pepper ice cream, raspberries, and honeycomb or crème brulée with orange sorbet.

Mosaic is an ideal setting for honouring unique occasions with family and friends. Special chef menu tastings are also available. Reservations are recommended.
