For breakfast, both tempting à la carte and hearty, healthful buffet options are available. Featured SuperFoodsRx™ items might include a blueberry-banana smoothie made with soy milk, honey, and all-natural granola brittle; steel-cut cinnamon-scented oatmeal with sliced banana, pecans, and drizzled with honey, or smoked salmon served with silky tofu, avocado, microgreens, and toasted bagel. The buffet offers hearty and savory options like European style cheese and cold cuts, as well as delicious and inspiring SuperFoodsRx™ selections such as the chef's organic egg and omelet station, or assorted fruit-flavored yogurt, muesli, and oatmeal with condiments.
Later in the day, savor a signature salad or prime steak embellished with house-made rubs and sauces, plus everything from lobster sliders to our Texas Reuben, a twist on a classic. Outdoor seating on our terrace is always fresh and romantic, with lantern-lighting in the evening, while the dining room inspires you to linger with its large round tables, wood paneling, and plush seating.
Legacy Grill showcases elegant design elements with refined details, such as wooden armchairs in rich crocodile leather, custom blown glass, and dining tables of natural burl. The carpet introduces earth tones such as warm amber and caramel with accents of sage green and red. The rustic elegance of Western sculpture and colorful contemporary depictions of Texas combine with sweeping views to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
No reservations are needed for small parties in the main dining room, where three intimate seating areas are set off with glass paneling and can be fully separated by oversized doors. Private dining is available in the Wine Room by reservation.
