Kunugi Teppanyaki—on the third floor of the West wing—features a glass wall facing our Japanese-style gardens. In this relaxing setting, guests sit at 16 counter seats around a U-shaped teppanyaki table and look on as our chefs employ expert techniques in grilling the finest cuts of Japanese beef and seafood to perfection.
A wide-ranging teppanyaki and sushi menu includes premium Kyoto beef, fresh-grilled abalone, and beef fried rice, plus sushi selections such as Wagyu beef, medium fatty tuna, shrimp, and daily chef's specials. Freshly prepared and healthful options include lightly grilled seasonal vegetables and vegetable soups, plus seasonal sorbets and homemade desserts. Set menus with appetizers, soup, vegetables, salads, and fruit and sorbet courses are available.
