Located on the second floor of the East wing, Aquablu is our sleek all-day dining restaurant. This vibrant restaurant features an interactive show kitchen where our talented chefs show their expertise in Western and Asian buffets and à la carte menus.
Breakfast brings American-style items, including health-enhancing SuperFoodsRx™ like Bircher muesli, as well as a sampling of local Kyoto-style cuisine. At lunch, try delicious European style options such as Caesar salad or an American clubhouse sandwich, or distinctive Kyoto favorites like pickled vegetables and locally-prepared tofu.
Dinner offers fresh and impressive selections ranging from roasted meats and vegetables to Japanese udon or soba noodles, homemade curries, and Chirashi sushi—vinegared rice with thin strips of egg, raw fish, and vegetables. On select nights we present a themed buffet comprising French, Italian, Hokkaido, or other distinctive cuisines. Guests can pair meals with wines or beers from an international selection.
We also offer a kids’ buffet with favorites such as spaghetti and cheeseburgers.
