Our team takes traditional favorites and reinvents them with fresh flavors and a playful attitude. Our version of pork and beans, the American campfire classic, is made with baked beans, sautéed greens, and crispy onions. Other tantalizing appetizers include Southern favorite fried pickle spears and soft warm pretzel bites, accompanied by such dipping sauces as maple apple, onion mustard, or chipotle cheese.
Not afraid to show his playful side, Chef Matthew Miller has created the sweet and smoky bacon candy, a deliciously decadent starter, and his TRADEMac & Cheese Menu is dedicated to cheesy delights. Rotating options include the Cuban, a creative take on the beloved sandwich with ham and a mustard crust, and the Eastern Shore, with jumbo lump crab and mascarpone.
