Breakfasts feature nutritious, delicious SuperFoodsRx™ selections as well as indulgent options such as Neptune-style eggs Benedict, with sautéed yellowfin and toasted Cuban bread. Lunch items include island gazpacho and lobster po boys while dinners offer tantalizing island selections like herb-seared local mahi with tangerine butter, scallion potato cake, and grilled asparagus or a fire-seared midwest beef tenderloin with porcini and thyme gratin. The bistro also offers an outstanding wine selection. If you're in the mood for a cocktail, try The Green Thing—our refreshing blend of Bacardi Limon, KeKe Beach liqueur, Rose's lime juice, and kiwi passion fruit juice.
