Begin your day with nutritious, delicious SuperFoodsRx™ items such as smoked salmon with silky tofu and avocado or steel cut cinnamon scented oatmeal. For something more indulgent, try our Caribbean eggs Benedict with warm lobster, or a stack of macadamia and banana nut pancakes.
Lunch selections range from a tropical fruit tango salad with fresh papaya and pineapple, or crispy lobster and crab cakes served with pineapple ginger aioli. For larger appetites, our Key West fish tacos or lobster roll, made with fresh Maine lobster, are sure to satisfy. At dinner, enjoy a fine wine or our signature Key Lime Martini with an artisan cheese platter or herbed goat cheese crostini. Move on to main dishes that include fresh Florida lobster tail, pan-seared yellow-tail snapper, and delectable grilled meats, such as marinated lamb.
