Our chef's specialties include tuna belly with shredded radish; tofu skin sushi—a blend of tofu skin, sushi rice, black mushrooms, carrots, and black sesame; and silver codfish with lemon and soya sauce. In addition to sushi and teppanyaki prepared to order, the restaurant also serves set menus.
Mai offers a carefully curated selection of sake, beer, and wine. Signature drinks include the Red Dragon, a blend of sake, vodka, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice, or the non-alcoholic Chi, a refreshing mix of muddled cucumber and soda water.
