Province Restaurant’s ivory-painted dining room is anchored by a fuchsia wall and set off by warm materials in earthy shades of cocoa. Diverse colors and textures are found in sustainable cork tabletops, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a living moss wall. Our patio is secluded from the bustle of the street by a two-story waterfall and lush landscaping, for year-round outdoor dining. Tables and club chairs surround an outdoor fireplace for enjoying a meal or small plates and cocktails.
Province presents farm-to-table fare inspired by the cuisine of Central and South America and Spain, with a true blending of old world and new world culinary sensibilities. A seasonal menu based on local, sustainably farmed produce features ingredients culled from natural and sustainable sources. We practice food synergy throughout our menu, purposely combining the most nutrient-dense whole foods, and using methods that preserve the most nutrients. Herbs, spices, and vinaigrettes flavor our food, and all dishes are prepared with extra virgin olive oil—butter and dairy products are used minimally in our kitchen.
Delight in lunch and dinner selections like melted tetilla fondue with pickled vegetables, butternut squash soup with Brussels sprout leaves, slow-braised Brandt Farms meatballs with piquillo-ancho sauce, and seared Hawaiian tuna with edamame romesco. Brunch features local influences like breakfast tacos with potato chorizo hash as well as classics like pancakes with strawberries and organic maple syrup, served with a complimentary mimosa or champagne cocktail.
A wine wall between our bar and restaurant holds over 1,000 bottles, including organic, biodynamic, and sustainable wines from around the world as well as a selection of Arizona wines. We also offer a by-the-glass list, with house wines and local and regional microbrews available on tap. Our signature cocktail is the Pimlico Grid, featuring Hendricks gin, Pimms #1, ginger beer, and cucumber.
Our first location opened in Chicago’s West Loop in 2008, and the restaurant has achieved Gold Level LEED certification for its eco-friendly construction and sustainable operations.
Brunch is served from 7am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
