Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rooms with two double beds can accommodate up to two children and two adults.

Cook & Brew embodies the essence of a classic gastro bar with a decidedly contemporary twist. Surrounded by walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, rugged cowhide armchairs and suede leather benches stand clustered around wooden cocktail tables, inviting you to socialize with friends over a signature cocktail or craft beer. A marble-topped bar—one of the longest in Singapore—features crimson leather bar stools. Take a seat and enjoy a sports game on the 90-inch flat screen TV. A metal mesh curtain separates the bar area from a dedicated dining lounge complete with tufted leather benches and velvet armchairs. Raw wooden floors flow throughout, underscoring the casually rustic yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The hearty menu features tempting appetizers like soft shell crab sliders with konbu pickles and our decadent grilled mac and cheese stack. Signature main courses include honey BBQ ribs; our ever-popular “The Burger” topped with melted cheddar, crispy pancetta bacon, onion rings, and a sunny side up egg; and the Sushi Bowl with BBQ salmon, egg roll, and avocado.

Pair your meal with a craft beer or cider from a selection of over 100 labels from around the world.
