This intimate, 10-person restaurant is designed with a chef’s choice menu, featuring local components, wines, and special offerings designed to tantalize your senses.
Your meal will be prepared by Chef Corbin or one of the hotel’s other talented chefs, who will discuss the preparation methods, cooking techniques, and origins of the dishes. Wine pairings are also available for each course.
