One of Frankfurt's finest Japanese restaurants, Sushimoto offers fresh, vibrant cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere, warmly decorated with rich wood paneling and violet accents.
The restaurant is divided into three tastefully designed areas: the main dining room with table seating, the teppanyaki grill area, and a long sushi counter. Our extensive sushi counter is a wonderful place to take in the remarkable work of our skilled Japanese sushi chefs, as they carve tuna, salmon, turbot, and other seafood into bright and delicious sashimi, or combine ingredients such as unagi, or barbecued eel, with colorful vegetables to create stunning rolls. In the restaurant area, order sushi or choose from a range of perfectly prepared favorites, including tempura, soba, and udon dishes.
Guests seated at the teppanyaki grills are invited to choose from the many set menus on our teppanyaki list, from a range of succulent meats—including Kobe beef—to flavorful seafood and seasonal vegetables. Experience the art of Japanese cooking first-hand as your food is expertly grilled right in front of you.

The main dining room reveals a wonderfully warm, contemporary setting with round wooden tables to echo the ceiling's circular light panels, and stylish beige and fuchsia accents.
