A new dining concept by Lettuce Entertain You, Saranello’s welcomes guests into its casual, rustic setting. Dine at natural reclaimed wood tables, surrounded by inviting darker woods, exposed brick and beams, subtle filament lighting, and muted chocolate and caramel tones throughout. An impressive 50-foot bar lines an entire wall.
Inspired by his travels and passion for Italian culture, Executive Chef Mychael Bonner has created a broad menu of Italian fare using the freshest ingredients to create the fullest Mediterranean flavors.
Dinner includes such starters as an antipasti platter, featuring a trio of farmer’s market vegetables and an assortment of artisan meats and cheeses. Entrees comprise handmade pastas, such as a three-finger cavatelli and ricotta cheese ravioli, as well as prime steaks, fresh fish, and crisp handcrafted pizzas baked Little Italy-style in a stone-hearth deck oven.
Dessert includes a rolling cookie cart filled with such delicacies as crunchy biscotti and pignoli, in addition to homemade ice creams and gelatos.
Saranello’s lunch menu features such specialties as old-world lasagna with three-meat sauce; Italian grinders, classic versions of sub sandwiches; and a signature chopped salad. A freshly prepared grab-and-go breakfast is available daily for hotel guests and area business workers.
Private dining facilities are available for holiday parties, business meetings, and other gatherings. A larger space can accommodate 50, while two smaller dining rooms offer more intimate settings for 25 guests each.
