Chef Grasteau also expertly incorporates delicious, nutritious SuperFoodsRx™ dishes into his menus. When the weather allows, le First extends outdoors to La Terrase in the hotel’s main courtyard. And for cocktails with light fare and snacks, we offer the romantic and cozy Tuileries Bar.
Chef Grasteau is part of "100% Local," a project dedicated to creating a selection of dishes using ingredients produced within a 200-kilometer radius of Paris. This is not only a positive project for the environment, but also a great opportunity to discover some of the best produce of our region and learn more about all the men and women cultivating these products.
