Visit our on-site WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio to find top-notch equipment and a professional staff dedicated to helping you with your fitness goals.
For a heart-pounding cardio workout, we’ve got the latest machines: five treadmills, four stationary bikes, and three cross-trainers by Life Fitness, plus a top-of-the-line StairMaster®. Or work your muscles with our wide range of free weights and full suite of top-notch Life Fitness strength machines designed to target every muscle group. Looking for other fitness accessories, like resistance bands, yoga mats, jump ropes, and more? Just ask—we’re happy to provide whatever you need. And our fitness staff is always on hand if you need help using a machine or perfecting your technique. For more individualized attention, book a personal training session.
The health club is open to resort guests 16 years and over for a fee.
