If you’re visiting The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali for island indulgence, there’s no better place to find it than our blissful Heavenly Spa by WestinSM. Extraordinary surroundings and an intimate ambience invite you to rejuvenate body, mind, and soul with renewing treatments that stimulate the senses.
Rediscover inner peace and wellbeing with highly personalized services from our trained therapists. Indulge in massage, full-body treatments, and soothing water therapies, as well as luxurious facial skincare and a full-service beauty salon. We use advanced spa products and natural ingredients that incorporate native fragrances like Maui-grown lavender and other tropical fruits and flora.
As the second spa in the world to receive SpaExcellenceSM certification, our 15,000-square-foot facilities, located in the hotel’s mezzanine level, are second to none. Enjoy 16 serene treatment rooms, three facial rooms, and three hydrotherapy spaces. Expansive men’s and women’s lockers rooms each have their own whirlpools, steam rooms, and saunas and are stocked with deluxe amenities.
Upstairs, our luxurious oceanfront lounge is perfect for smaller private parties, while our adjoining open-air lanai can host larger groups. And for an exclusive salon experience perfect for weddings or other special occasions, reserve our intimate Pikake Room. It accommodates up to three guests for a private pampering session of manicures, pedicures, and hair and makeup.
We encourage you to arrive 30-40 minutes early to ease into your spa experience with a visit to our steam room, sauna, and whirlpools. These facilities are open to guests 16 years and older, and are complimentary for anyone receiving a spa treatment. Those not receiving treatments may purchase a day pass to use the facilities for $25 for resort guests and $35 for outside visitors. We offer some salon treatments to guests under 16 accompanied by a parent.
For the most relaxing visit, we recommend making advance reservations, which must be guaranteed with a credit card and telephone number. Same-day appointments are always welcome, subject to availability. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we request at least four hours’ notice, or the full amount will be charged. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time and are still subject to the full service fee. For reservations, please call (808) 661-2588 between 6:30am and 8pm.
