WestinWORKOUT® Gym
Our state-of-the-art, 24-hour WestinWORKOUT® Gym, located on the fourth floor, is available for the exclusive use of in-house guests. The sunlight-filled 120 square-meter facility features a range of brand-new cardio equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, and stationary bikes, as well as weight training machines and free weights, medicine balls, balance tubes, yoga mats and other core-strengthening accessories.
We offer complimentary bottled water, towels, and earphones, while large-screen televisions affixed throughout the room air BBC, CNN, CNBC, and Bloomberg. Reading material ranges from numerous international newspapers, including The Wall Street Journal, The Herald Tribune, and The Financial Times, to local papers in English such as The Japan Times and The Daily Yomiuri, plus a host of magazines. The gym is equipped with a weight scale, blood pressure measuring machine, and complimentary alcohol wipes.
Our fitness facility is accessible with registered room keys only. Guests pay a fee of JPY 1,000 per visit (service and tax charges included). The gym is complimentary for Westin Executive Club Floor guests and SPG Club members. Guests under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult, and are not permitted use of the treadmills.
We offer gym wear for rental, including a t-shirt and shorts for JPY 1,050 (with tax and service charge) and gym shoes for JPY 500 (guests are requested to wear socks).
Additionally, The Club at Yebisu Garden is accessible from The Westin Tokyo via an underground passage from B1F. This fitness facility features 30 different machines, a workout studio, two squash courts, a golf simulator, and a 25-meter pool. Admission costs JPY 2,500 per person (service and tax charges included); Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum and Gold members as well as Executive Club Room guests receive complimentary access. Children under the age of 19 are not allowed on the premises of The Club at Yebisu Garden. Please contact the club directly for hours of operation and further information.
