On the road shouldn’t mean out of shape. Our 1,560 square-foot WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio lets you keep up with your normal fitness routine at any hour of the day. Elevate your heart rate on state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes, all equipped with personal TVs. Or, target core muscle groups with our free weights and universal machines. Sweeping views of the Toronto Islands will lift your mood as you burn through calories, strengthen your body, and clear your mind.
Once you’re finished, grab a complimentary towel and head over to the men’s or women’s changing rooms to soothe aching muscles in the steam room or sauna.
We currently offer a 45-minute water exercise class called Aqua Fit in our pool for $10. No reservations are necessary. Guests can opt to purchase a gym membership for $85 a month which includes access to the WestinWORKOUT® Gym, pool, and tennis and squash courts.
