Each treatment room is named in honor of one of Savannah’s 21 charmed squares, and locally inspired services range from the all-natural peach cobbler body soufflé—mixed fresh onsite especially for you—to the Savannah-inspired Sweet Tea 'n Peach services.
Our Heavenly Spa Bed is completely adjustable for comfort, sublimely heated and appointed with the finest quality linens. We provide each spa guest a basket in their personal locker and a caressing Heavenly Spa robe for added comfort. Embrace wellness with Westin’s exclusive mix of SuperFoodsRxTM, foods known for being health-enhancing and rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients. Indulge with a full meal from our Spa Cuisine Menu, or sample the complimentary array of snacks and elixirs in our sanctuary.
Give yourself plenty of time so you can enjoy the steam room, sauna and sanctuary prior to your services. A quick shower just before your massage or treatment is recommended. Unless the service description specifies otherwise, it is customary to wear just your robe to your service. Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. For the optimal experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments five to seven days in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Preferences for male or female therapists should be requested at the time of the booking.
All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, and 48 hours before any combination of multiple services or packages. A 50% charge will apply to all late cancellations. No shows will be charged in full. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extensions of scheduled appointments.
All spa treatment prices are subject to change without notification. Our spa coordinators will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation. Gratuities are at your discretion.
