WestinWORKOUT® Gym
Equipped with the latest in Cybex electronic cardiovascular equipment (including a treadmill, exercise bike, stair climber, elliptical machine, and rowing machine) and an extensive range of weight training stations, our WestinWORKOUT® Gym offers a wide choice of options to energize, tone and stretch. We also offer supplies to keep you hydrated and entertained. Extended gym hours work around your schedule, whether you like to get up and go or fit in a late-night session.
We provide fresh towels and complimentary bottled water and offer headsets for rent. All guests enjoy access to our separate and spacious changing rooms with Jacuzzi, whirlpool, steam and sauna rooms, as well as our 20-meter indoor heated swimming pool. Nearby, Bliss Bar offers fresh juices and healthy drinks.
If you would like to book a workout with a fitness professional, we are happy to make arrangements (with 24-hour notice). The cost is CNY 200 per hour. Please contact the WestinWORKOUT® Gym to book your appointment.
Gym guests must be 16 years of age or older.
