At The Westin Casuarina Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa, our beautiful Hibiscus Spa offers a quiet sanctuary where you can take some time out for yourself. Relax and reenergize with one of our indulgent spa and salon treatments while you lose yourself in the spa’s luxurious surroundings.
Our 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility includes 15 soothing treatment rooms, where you can put yourself in our staff’s caring hands. Renew your skin with an exotic, deliciously scented body scrub. Regain that healthy glow with an invigorating facial. Feel stress and tension melt away with a relaxing massage. Or choose from many other treatments and services to help you look your best and feel more peaceful.
We invite you to arrive early to enjoy all the Hibiscus Spa facilities, which include a sauna, steam room, and comfortable locker room. Visitors not receiving spa treatments are welcome to use these facilities.
If you’re looking for somewhere to lounge after your spa experience, the hotel’s outdoor heated pool is just steps away and open to any hotel guest. Private pool cabanas are available to rent Monday - Thursday for $45 and Friday - Sunday for $75 (speak to the spa receptionist), or you can just stretch out on one of the many comfortable deck chairs.
A credit card is required for all reservations. We have a 4-hour cancellation policy, or the full amount for the scheduled service will be charged. Be sure to notify the spa staff before your treatment if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa service. This includes gratuities for The Hibiscus Spa staff who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

This signature body treatment service begins with a papaya pineapple body scrub, followed by warm herbal coconut milk poured over the entire body and gently massaged in. You'll leave renewed and relaxed.
