Invigorate and renew while in the mountains at the Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain. Our brand-new WestinWORKOUT® Gym allows for vigorous workouts or light lifting and muscle-stretching sessions to complement your out of doors activities. We have what you need with elliptical trainers, treadmills, stair climbers , a Universal System and more. Other holistic fitness equipment includes free weights, weight balls, a core strengthener, elastics, balance balls and yoga mats. Step into our the dry sauna after your workout or sooth your muscles right outside in our year-round hot tub.
The WestinWORKOUT® Gym is open 24 hours to adults and children over the age of 16, and is accessible by using your room key. The facility is located on Ground Level of the hotel, overlooking the outdoor pool facilities.
