Trade in the treadmill for a RunWESTIN self-guided jog or refreshing walk with our custom running maps. Designed by New Balance, pocket-sized maps feature 3-mile and 5-mile jogging/walking routes from our hotel so you can combine your workout routine with fresh air and local scenery.
See the local sites up close while you exercise on a three mile group run led by a RunWESTIN™ Hotel Running Concierge. This guided jog is offered at 6:30am, two days a week (weather permitting) April through October and takes runners through downtown Toronto and along Lake Ontario. Our Running Concierge will lead you through warm-up and cool-down stretches to optimize your run. We are happy to provide jogging strollers, towels, water, and other amenities to make your workout completely comfortable and enjoyable. Runners of all levels are welcome.
