Private hostess assisted transfers to the hotel may be arranged to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport, Treviso Airport, the Venice Santa Lucia railway station, and the Venice Maritime Station. Upon request, specially equipped motor launches can be arranged for guests using wheelchairs.

In case of delays exceeding 60 minutes this service may not be able to be guaranteed in its entirety. Should transport delays be experienced, we recommend immediately contacting the hotel in order to postpone the transfer.

In order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee, transfer cancellation requests must be received by the hotel concierge by 6pm local Venice time one day prior to scheduled arrival.
