Your event is destined to be a resounding success in the largest pillar-free hotel ballroom in Sydney. Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate 1,000 guests for a banquet-style dinner or 1,400 theatre style, and can be divided into four sections. A pre-function area ushers you into this impressive space, which offers one of the most sophisticated sound, lighting, and video systems available in Australia, including outside broadcast facilities, ceiling catwalk, and Bio Rooms.
Steeped in tradition, our unique and historical Heritage Ballroom was once the site of the first public telephone exchange in Australia. This spectacular Victorian room with an 11-metre dome ceiling is capable of hosting up to 300 people theatre-style or 260 people for a banquet dinner or wedding.
For the smaller meeting or breakout group, our Heritage Conference Centre is the perfect choice. All eight of its versatile and specialised meeting rooms feature natural light, ergonomic chairs, built-in whiteboards, and storage. The airy, modern Barnet Room, divisible by two, is ideal for small presentations of up to 80 guests. Our sleekly finished Heritage Executive Boardroom—along with five other specialised meeting rooms—is appointed with the same built-in audiovisual capabilities of our ballrooms, including MATV, telephone and ISDN lines, and computer LAN outlets.
