Sprinkled throughout our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break menus are irresistible SuperFoodsRx™ items such as banana honey or red berry smoothies, scrambled eggs with low fat ricotta and cherry tomato or smoked salmon fennel quiche, grilled cod fillet with sautéed spinach and orange butter sauce, almonds and oats baklava, and smoked duck breast with blueberry and apple salad and green lentils.
Other delectable examples from our menu packages include harissa roast beef with tomato chutney on a dark rye baguette or barramundi and salmon carpaccio with Asian dressing for lunch. Dinner could feature pumpkin lasagna with parmesan cheese, dukkha crusted lamb rump with chickpea mash and chilli broccolini, or grilled junee beef tenderloin with roasted field mushrooms and potatoes with truffle jus. Tempting desserts include items like macadamia nut and banana brownies, caramelized apple tart with bitter almond parfait, and lime and basil scented pannacotta.
