Scheduled to open in 2018, our new conference center will offer an additional 30,000 square feet. Pre-function spaces outside all our indoor venues lend themselves well to registration or cocktail receptions.
Attractive neutral palettes and ample natural light brighten the tastefully designed Rosen and Grandville Ballrooms, both featuring 12-foot ceilings, built-in projectors and screens, and generous 3,150-square-foot layouts accommodating up to 250 guests theater-style or 200 for a banquet. The Grandville Ballroom includes a walk-out balcony, allowing your attendees to step out for a breath of fresh air.
At over 4,000 square feet, our lushly landscaped Gazebo Lawn’s amazing water views provide a stunning backdrop for keynote speeches and brand kick-offs as well as family celebrations and galas. With the gazebo as an enchanting centerpiece, the lawn can host 200 guests for a reception or 100 banquet-style, and the resort will arrange for tent set-ups upon request. Our third-floor Tarpon Terrace is an equally enchanting open-air space with built-in bar and string lighting, and it accommodates up to 200 guests for a perfect reception or banquet. We also offer a private dining room for waterfront luncheons or intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests.
