With coffered ceilings, contemporary chandeliers and a neutral palette, Eden Vale Ballroom can accommodate up to 850 guests for a reception, or 600 for a banquet. An adjacent 2,990-square-foot, pre-function space features floor-to-ceiling windows, making it perfect for cocktails against the twinkling lights of the city.
Our Concord Ballroom is ideal for intimate receptions of up to 200 guests. Its modern décor features striking dark wood columns and recessed lighting dark wood tones. Step out onto an adjacent terrace for fresh air and starry vistas. Cocktail tables and votive candles create a romantic, lounge-like ambience.
For smaller affairs of up to 50 guests, reserve the terrace at Seventy @ Third. An enchanting backdrop of lush greenery makes this space ideal for photos, as well as bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding-related events.
