The hotel provides meeting organizers with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment from our impressive in-house supply, and experienced technicians will be standing by to assist you with any audiovisual requirements. Video conferencing facilities and any other audiovisual equipment not available through the hotel can be rented through external sources. We will be happy to assist with these arrangements.
All five of our medium to small venues feature natural light and built-in projection screens that can roll back when not in use. Meeting rooms feature the same built-in audiovisual capabilities as the ballrooms, including telephone and ISDN lines and computer LAN outlets. Other special presentation and communication systems may be provided upon request for video conferencing and live entertainment.
