With more than 7,000 square feet of refined, welcoming meeting space at The Westin Birmingham, our flexible, elegant yet subdued décor forms the perfect backdrop to any size and style of function. The hotel also boasts 2,500 square feet of pre-function space that can be used during conferences or more formal affairs.
The Westin Ballroom, with soaring 13-foot ceilings, can accommodate 300 guests banquet style and 360 for a reception, or can be arranged in a classroom layout for conferences or seminars. Dark wood paneling on the walls and ceiling and modern lighting fixtures infuse this upscale venue with instant warmth.
The Westin Ballroom Foyer, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, is a spacious area that joins the ballroom and Camella Room. It is ideal place for registering guests as well as for hosting casual breakfasts, lunch receptions, and social breaks.
With a wall of windows for ample natural light, our Orchid Boardroom seats up to 18 guests for VIP meetings or brainstorming sessions. Clean décor consisting of warm tones and modern lighting inspires mental clarity.
Our mid-size Camellia Room, also filled with light from large bay windows, accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated function and up to 80 for a day or evening reception.
Charm your guests in the right season with a party on our sleek urban pool terrace overlooking the Uptown Entertainment District and Uptown Park. The pool terrace can host up to 75 guests for a celebratory reception or can be set up for private dinner parties, theme parties, and more. In the event of rain, the function can be moved to the Camellia Room or Westin Ballroom.
