The Espacio Palace is the newest event facility at The Westin Palace, Madrid. Able to accommodate up to 500 guests, this modern setting is equipped with state-of-the-art meetings technology. Starting in September 2013, five new multifunctional rooms with a contemporary design and direct street access will be added. These will complement our existing 15 meeting rooms and nearly double our venue capacity.
Palace I, II, and III
Ideal for such large events as wedding receptions, conferences, and gala dinners of up to 560 people, this versatile 416-square-meter space can be divided by soundproof partitions into smaller spaces of 220 or 117 square meters. Tall windows allow natural daylight to flood in; at night, ambient lighting can be suited to any occasion and transition from relaxed evening cocktails to lively late-night festivities.
The subtly decorated Palace IV is designed to make the perfect impression for up to 70 guests. This versatile space can be configured as a dining room, a theater, a boardroom, or a classroom.
Surrounded by a colonnaded upper gallery, this unique 451-square-meter circular space is suitable for a wide spectrum of events for up to 450 people—from wedding receptions and black-tie galas, to award nights and corporate dinners. A double-height ceiling and contemporary lighting features add inspiring glamour to any event.
Medinaceli I, II, and III
When their soundproof partitions are retracted, these three versatile spaces total 422 square meters. Large windows let in daylight that illuminates a sophisticated palette of dove gray and white, while elegant chandeliers create a soft, atmospheric glow at night. All rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted, and can be equipped with theater lights.
Cortes I, II, and III
At a combined 181 square meters, the three Cortes rooms are ideal for large professional gatherings and social events of varying setups. Gray-and-white interiors are fully carpeted and lighted by ample daylight or glass chandeliers.
Neptuno I, II, and III
Distinguished by its spectacular views of the Neptune Fountain and the Paseo del Prado, the 277-square-meter Neptuno venue is an impressive space for elaborate events. Daylight and chandeliers amplify gray and white tones from carpet to ceiling. This versatile area can be linked to either Canovas or Cervantes, or both for an additional 256 square meters of space.
Occupying a corner of the hotel, this elegant room is designed for such smaller events as board meetings, cocktail parties, and private dinners. Its polished-wood walls and floors, classical columns, and a stunning arc of windows make it an impressive venue for groups of up to 120. In addition to the adjacent Neptuno rooms, Canovas can be added to the Cervantes space.
Also on a corner, this charming room is perfect for more intimate occasions. It exudes an Old World charm via wood-paneled walls, polished floors, classical columns, and graceful windows.
Perfect for smaller events, this elegant room—named after the legendary World War I double agent and former hotel guest —is full of character. Two spectacular Art Deco-style chandeliers, a wall of mirrors, and a bright sunlit alcove surround sofas and armchairs ideal for interviews and one-on-one meetings.
Impress up to 40 business associates or private dining guests in this venue named for the American author, who was a frequent guest in the 1930s. Calm gray-and-white décor and natural daylight provide an elegant environment to inspire creativity.
