Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check-in.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting rooms are based on availability.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date as confirmed at check-in. A fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy

Guests arriving prior to the standard check-in time may store their luggage and use resort facilities, based upon availability, while they wait. In order to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night before. Please contact the on-site reservation directly once the extra night has been reserved to advise of early arrival.

Extra Bedding Policy

A maximum of one crib or roll-away bed can be requested for selected room types.  A crib may be added to any of our room types. Rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate an extra bed due to fire code regulations.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact In-House reservations directly to reserve your room.  Please ensure that you have your gift certificate available during your reservation process.

Late Checkout Policy

The hotel is pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and based on availability.  Requests should be made at the time of check-in or on day of departure. Extra charges may be applicable.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are permitted. Only certain breeds are allowed and the hotel reserves the right to refuse any breed of aggressive dog. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of your stay including taxes plus $100 to cover initial incidental charges. During your stay additional authorizations may be made based on expenditures charged to your room. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts not used will be released on the evening of your departure but may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the Reservations department at least 72 hours prior to guest’s arrival. Monday through Friday, contact (1)(520)742-6000 extension 7845 to arrange third-party payments. After hours, please contact the Front Desk Manager on Duty.

A credit card is required at time of check-in. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment at check-in. Payments made by check must be received 10 days prior to arrival and must be cleared by the bank. Purchase Orders are not accepted as a form of payment.

Resort Charge Policy

A daily Resort Charge of 25 USD, will be posted to each guest room for a variety of amenities and services. Amenities include:

  • Wireless Internet Access in guest rooms and lobby
  • Unlimited local phone calls
  • No access fees for toll-free and credit card calls
  • First two pages of incoming faxes are complimentary 
  • Unlimited fitness classes and use of the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio
  • Shuttle provided to and from La Encantada Shopping Center

Smoking Policy

The resort is primarily smoke-free, including all guestrooms. However, there are some designated smoking areas throughout the resort that guests may use.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
