Guests arriving prior to the standard check-in time may store their luggage and use resort facilities while they wait. In order to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night before. A maximum of one crib or roll-away bed can be requested for selected room types. A crib may be added to any of our room types. Rooms with two double beds cannot accommodate an extra bed due to fire code regulations.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $50 per day will be collected at check-in.

Checks are not allowed as a form of payment at check-in. If guest wants to pay with a check, it must be received 10 days prior to arrival and must be cleared by the bank.

The resort is primarily smoke-free, including all guestrooms. However, there are some designated smoking areas throughout the resort that guests may use.
