Minimum Check-in Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with current photo identification to register for a guest room.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms, subject to availability and assigned upon check-in. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to request accommodations.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. An authorization for 1.5 times the room rate, with a minimum authorization of $500 regardless of rate, will be held on the card until checkout. Cash will not be accepted at this time; however, guests may choose to pay with cash upon checkout.
Extra Bedding Policy
$25 per night for a Rollaway Bed.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificate acceptace is subject to availability. All gift certificate reservations must be made by contacting the hotel directly at (310) 417-4511. Gift certificate reservaitons cannot be made through Central Reservations.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
A late checkout fee of $50 applies to checkouts between 1pm and 4pm. After 4pm a fee of $100 applies. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The hotel welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. No other pets are permitted. Guests with dogs will be assigned to Traditional Rooms. The hotel can provide a Heavenly® Dog Bed at no charge, along with a welcome kit that provides information and supplies. Dogs should not be left unattended at any time, must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in public areas, and are not permitted in food, drink, or pool areas. The hotel reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning or damage caused by a dog.
