Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and government-issued photo ID. There is a limit of $50 per day and $150 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are offered based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Early Departure Policy
There is a fee of $50 for early departures. Guests can make changes to their reservation at check-in, but an early departure fee will still apply if a guest gives less than 24 hours notice.
Late Checkout Policy
There is a late checkout fee of $50 after 4pm. Checkouts after 9pm result in an additional night's charge. SPG Gold and Platinum guests may enjoy a 4pm checkout time.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We welcome man's best friend. Restrictions and a pet deposit may apply; we ask that owners sign a waiver at check-in. Dogs are not allowed in dining areas or the pool area.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third party credit card payments can be arranged by contacting the hotel's accounting department at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Third party payment for individual reservations will be authorized over the telephone. Electronic credit card authorization submissions are only accepted for group reservations. Please contact the hotel for further information.
