Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid ID. There is a limit of $200.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the resort prior to the departure date verified at check-in will be charged a penalty of 75 USD.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly at (760) 202-2022. Blackout dates apply.
Meeting Room Policy
Contact the resort's Sales and Catering department to confirm.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in stating that the dog will not be left alone in the room at any time. Dogs are not allowed in outlets or on pool deck. Guest is responsible for clean up and any extra cost associated with clean up.
Please Note: Villas do not allow dogs at all.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Waterslide Policy
Due to city ordinances, our young guests must be a minimum height of 48 inches in order to ride the Las Brisas Waterslide. Parents are not allowed to ride with a small child. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a daily USD $27 resort charge. This includes in-room high speed internet access (wired or wireless), complimentary self parking, fitness center access, complimentary poolside yoga instruction on Saturday and Sunday mornings, day use of Spa facilities (steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room, renewal refresh & shower), shuttle service within the Resort and to the Gary Player Golf Course, local phone calls (within the city of Rancho Mirage) and access charge for credit card and & 1-800 number calls (up to 60 minutes).
Smoking Policy
A $150 deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room.
Suite Policy
Must contact the resort directly to book the two-bedroom Presidential Suite and two-bedroom Chairman's Suite.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. A written request including name, requested dates, and contact information should be e-mailed to ranch@westin.com. If waitlist clears, hotel will directly contact the guest.
