Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check-in.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Check Cashing Policy

Check-cashing services are available to guests who present a valid form of U.S. identification. The limit is $100 per stay.

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out of the resort prior to the scheduled departure date verified at check-in will be charged a penalty of $50 plus tax.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

A valid picture Identification and a valid credit card must be presented at check-in.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum of four adults is permitted at one time in any guest room.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for pricing.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A pet waiver must be signed at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

Third party payment is accepted and must be received two weeks prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel directly by phone or email to obtain a credit card authorization form.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public areas are smoke free.

Suite Policy

Tabor Suites may be reserved online; however, Luxury Suites should be reserved directly through the hotel by calling (303) 572-7291.
