Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.

ADA Policy

The hotel is ADA compliant. Accessible rooms are available for the mobility and hearing impaired. Please contact the front desk for assistance with TDD equipment setup and/or wheelchair rentals.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age or older with photo identification to reserve a guest room or check-in.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests with valid identification. A limit of 50 USD per day applies.

Catastrophe Policy

The Hurricane Guarantee Policy is handled on a case by case basis. Please contact a hotel representative via phone at (1)(954) 772-1331 for assistance.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Requests may be made through the guest comments section when booking online or by contacting the hotel directly.

Early Departure Policy

A fee of 50% of one night's room rate will apply to all early departures. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrival is offered subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. There is no fee associated with an early arrival if the room is available. 

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available but in limited inventory and cannot be guaranteed.  Inquire at the time of check-in for availability.  Suites and Junior suites include sofa beds.

Gift Certificate Policy

To make a reservation with a gift certificate, please call the hotel. The original gift certificate must be presented at the time of arrival.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout is available upon request, subject to availability. Please inquire through Service Express® on the morning of departure for availability. Checkouts after 4pm are subject to the next night's room rate.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

The hotel accepts pets under 40 pounds. Guests must sign a pet waiver at check-in. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and may not be left unsupervised in a guest room. There are no fees for pets.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD penalty will be applied for smoking in public spaces and guest rooms.

Waitlist Policy

The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
