Restaurant Closure: April 29 - August 16, 2013
From April 29 to August 16, 2013, The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar, & View will be closed for a highly anticipated renovation. Brunch, lunch, and dinner will be served in The Café, located on level 5. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid photo identification to reserve a room or check in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request only in guest rooms containing one king or queen bed. Extra beds cannot be added to rooms with two double or queen beds due to space and fire code. Please request the rollaway bed in advance through reservations or through guest services upon arrival.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 40 pounds and service dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A 50 USD non-refundable fee will be charged and rooms will be issued on designated pet floors. The Westin Heavenly Dog Bed is available upon request.
