Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate and tax. Penalties may vary based on the rate plan booked.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one rollaway is allowed per room. Guest rooms with two beds cannot accommodate a rollaway. The nightly charge for the rollaway is $40.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
To book a room using a gift certificate which does not contain a dollar amount, please contact the sales office.
To make a reservation using a gift certificate that does contain a dollar amount, please book with a credit card. The front desk will redeem the gift certificate at check in.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Small pets are welcome. No fee will be charged unless the room requires additional cleaning or damage occurs.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. A $350 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does not offer a waitlist. Please check back to find availability.
